In a verdant setting, in the middle of vineyards run by the owners using organic and biodynamic methods, the Holiday cottage le N°5 de Chillac can accommodate up to 10 people. The house has been renovated in a chic Countryside atmosphere to make your stay as pleasant as possible. For your relaxation, there's a very large shaded terrace with garden furniture and deckchairs, and a private 7 x 3.50M x 1.40M deep swimming pool (open from May 1 to September 30) with a shady garden full of flowers. There's also a private 6-person outdoor Spa heated all year round to 38 degrees.
The 240 m2 house features a large living room, a relaxation lounge, a fitted kitchen, a laundry room, a TV lounge, a bedroom with a 160x200cm cm bed and a retro bathtub and washbasin, opening onto the terrace, and a toilet. Upstairs is a large mezzanine with a relaxation area and Kids' corner, four bedrooms (one with a 160x200cm bed and en-suite shower room opening onto the bedroom, two bedrooms each with two 90x190cm twin beds, one of which opens onto the balcony, and a bedroom with a 140x190cm bed, all with quality bedding), an independent shower room with walk-in shower and WC. A balcony with a beautiful view of the Vineyard, the Forests and the Piscine features a relaxing lounge that completes the charm of the house. Linen supplied, utilities included. Two other Holiday cottages on the property, one adjoining the other. On the estate, the atmosphere is calm, family-oriented and friendly, for stays in complete peace and quiet. It is therefore not possible to group Holiday cottages together, nor to organize parties. Electricity socket for car near the parking lot (daily charge extra). Complimentary wine tasting.
