Le Logis du Vieux Château

Ideally located around 35 km from Bordeaux and 15 km from Saint Emilion, the Logis du Vieux Château is the perfect place to discover the many treasures of the area: the vineyards and village of Saint Emilion, the bastide town of Libourne and its historic center, the charming villages of the Libourne and Entre-deux Sea regions and much more. Our Holiday cottage is located in the Countryside, in a pleasant, peaceful setting, ideal for a relaxing stay with family or friends. It is housed in an old house that once housed the janitor of the medieval Château de Génissac, located on the estate. During your stay, you'll be able to take a private tour of this 14th-century castle and discover its history. Our Holiday cottage comfortably sleeps 6; on the first floor, it comprises an entrance hall with laundry area, a kitchen/dining room with fireplace, a TV lounge, a bedroom with a 180x200cm bed and a separate toilet. Upstairs are two further bedrooms, each with a double bed (140x190cm) and two single beds (90x200cm), and a bathroom with bath and toilet. The Holiday cottage has reversible air conditioning in the living rooms and bedrooms. There's a private, enclosed garden with garden furniture and a barbecue, so you can spend pleasant moments eating outdoors. The Holiday cottage is adjoining another house, and there are animals on the estate: horse, donkey and chickens. Baby equipment available: Umbrella bed, high chair and changing table. Cleaning and towels are optional (extra charge).
