Welcome to Haras de la Mellerie. Nestled on the edge of the Gironde estuary, in the charming and picturesque little "Port de Richard", Martine and Pascal de La Mare open the doors of their haven of peace and invite you to enjoy a moment out of time. Here, you'll live to the rhythm of nature and your desires, to the rhythm of a horse's stride. And as the Médoc peninsula abounds in treasures, we invite you to discover its heritage, Vineyard and sandy beaches. Set in verdant, flower-filled surroundings, Logis de la Mellerie is the ideal place for a stay with family or friends.
The Holiday cottage, adjoining the owners' house, has a beautiful main room with a fully-equipped kitchen, a dining area and a living room with a view over the meadows. Upstairs is a relaxation area and six bedrooms (3 x 160 beds, 4 x 90 beds including 2 bunk beds, a 140 bed and a Kids bed). Two shower/toilet rooms on the first floor. Heating included in the price (wood-fired central heating). Non-adjoining annexe with washing machine and tumble dryer.
Bed linen provided for stays of one week or more. Linen rental and end-of-stay cleaning available at extra cost. For short stays of less than a week, linen hire and end-of-stay cleaning are compulsory. Bed and breakfast also available. Tourist tax extra.
