Welcome to Logis de Belle Rive!
Ideally located just two kilometers from Saint Emilion, our Holiday cottage welcomes you in a calm and pleasant setting with a beautiful view of the river and vineyards. You'll be staying on our working wine estate, and we'll be delighted to show you around.
The Holiday cottage backs onto our house, with which you won't be overlooked.
To make the most of the setting, you'll have a large private terrace, part of which is covered with garden furniture; the adjoining green spaces are also at your disposal; as these spaces are not enclosed, you'll need to be careful with Kids as they'll be close to the river (Dordogne). A Hiking trail runs alongside the Holiday cottage, allowing you to explore the surrounding area.
As soon as you enter the Holiday cottage, you'll be seduced by the spaciousness and comfort of the different living areas: on the ground floor, you'll find a large, bright main room with a fully-equipped kitchen and dining area, and a living room with TV offering a beautiful view of the river. An entrance hall with laundry area and separate toilet complete the ensemble. The first floor features a vast landing with office space, three bedrooms each equipped with a 180x200cm bed, a 160x200cm bed and a 140x190cm bed, two shower rooms, one of which is independent and the second private to the bedroom equipped with the 180x200cm bed, and an independent toilet.
The Holiday cottage is equipped with Electric heating. Bed linen, towels, table linen, end-of-stay cleaning and heating are included in the price.

    une belle surprise !

    Nous avons loué le gite pour passer le changement d'années entre amis.Le gite est très bien adapté pour 3 couples.
    Nous recommandons (enfin pas trop car nous voudrions bien pouvoir revenir!)

    Un joli coin au fil de l'eau

    Très belle maison fraîchement rénovée avec goût.
    Un lieu paisible où la nature s’invite au séjour. ( chevreuils, moutons, cigognes…)
    La maison est très bien équipée.
    La literie est confortable.
    Les pièces sont grandes.
    Marion est une hôte reactive.

    Parfait endroit pour les vacances

    Au bord du fleuve, ce logement tout neuf offre à la fois tranquillité, une vue superbe sur le vignoble et un accès facile aux attractions de la région.

    Nous avons regretté ne pas y être restés plus longtemps.

    Superbe séjour

    Excellent séjour passé au logis de Belle Rive.
    Un très bon accueil des propriétaires avec une attention toute particulière pour les filles.
    Le logement est spacieux est propre.
    Les chambres sont très grandes et la literie haut de gamme.
    Les deux salles de bain sont un atout pour le logement.
    Une machine à laver est à disposition.

    Les propriétaires sont très discret et aux petits soins pour les locataires.

    Le logement est situé au coeur des vignes et tout proche de l'eau.

    Nous recommandons le logement et nous reviendrons lors de notre prochaine visite dans la région.
