Located just 15 kilometers from the gates of Bordeaux, in the commune of Saint André de Cubzac, on the Montalon hillside, famous for the crossing of the 45th parallel, we welcome you to the "Lodge de Mermoz". In a haven of peace, on a wooded plot of approximately 3000m2, you will enjoy this pleasant setting inspiring relaxation. The "Lodge de Mermoz" is an outbuilding located on the lower level of our architect-designed house. This fully independent studio with large bay windows will provide you with plenty of light in all seasons. Its large exotic wood terrace, outdoor furniture, large Jacuzzi (usable all year round), gas plancha and deckchairs await you for pleasant moments. The studio comprises a fully-equipped kitchen, a living area that can be converted into a dining area (lift-up coffee table) with quality sofa, television, a sleeping area with an excellent quality 180x200 electrically-controlled bed for cocooning nights, a shower room with Italian-style shower, and a toilet. All very well appointed and tastefully decorated for a luxury stay. The apartment is equipped with reversible air conditioning. Bed linen, towels, table linen and heating are included in the price. Cleaning service available at extra charge. Secure parking on the property below the Holiday cottage (gated). Three bicycles, one of which is Dutch, are at your disposal. There are plenty of activities to do in the surrounding area: - Book your evenings at the Ange Bleu (6km), Aquitaine's biggest cabaret dance hall, and enjoy shows worthy of the greatest cabarets.
