Situated in the heart of the Vineyard, 4 kilometers from Saint Emilion and its medieval town, our Holiday cottage opens its doors to you for a stay with family or friends. Completely renovated in 2021, this house comprises a main room with a fully equipped kitchen and dining area, a veranda, a TV lounge, three bedrooms, two with a 140x200 bed and the third with a 140x190 bed (twin 70x190 beds). Each bedroom has a private shower room and toilet. Air-conditioning in the main room, and a private, enclosed garden with garden furniture. Parking on the property. Holiday cottage located close to the owners and on a secondary road, which is used mainly by local winegrowers and farmers, depending on the season. Possibility of renting sheets, towels and cleaning at the end of your stay (for a fee). Heating included. Pets welcome (two pets, three or more on request, with a supplement of €5/day, additional deposit €300) and end-of-stay cleaning service at extra cost. Wi-Fi access available. Metered electric recharging point (please inform the owner on arrival if you need to use it).

Nous avons passé un agréable séjour dans ce belle endroit . Le gîte est spacieux et et très lumineux. Nous avons été très bien accueilli par la propriétaire. St emilion est une très belle ville .

Nanou Vacances très reposantes
Séjour très reposant, propriétaire trés à l' écoute et disponible rapidement au moindre
Souci. Maison confortable et très bien aménagée, il y a 3 chambres avec sdd et wc individuels, appréciable.Il ne manque rien en ustensiles de cuisine. Bien fourni.
Extérieur très bien entretenu et fleuri.
Nous reviendrons certainement.

The gite was modern, newly remodeled, well equipped, spacious and immaculately clean. Beds were very comfortable, showers were great, all appliances worked. There was plenty of outdoor seating/eating to enjoy with wonderful views over vineyards next door and opposite. A lovely sunroom just off the kitchen/living room which was great for an early morning coffee. PLenty of parking for at least two cars, and very secure.
The location was spectacular, a quick 10 mins into Libourne for all supermarkets and other services, St. Emilion within 10 mins via lovely country backroads, and Pomerol with its little take out pizzeria and tabac/presse just a five min drive from the Gite.
We rented the Gite for a month as we were house-hunting and it was expensive, but it was July, so we knew it would not be cheap. However a small pool would have been lovely given the location and cost. Having bikes available too would have been the icing on the cake as the area is lovely to cycle around. But I would highly recommend this gite as a wonderful setting in a very convenient location for seeing the St. Emilion/Libourne area.
When booking, research ahead for upcoming "local producers" events/festivals at the St Emilion or Pomerol vineyards. We were lucky to find one at Chateau Corbin which was walking distance and it was magical to walk there and back via the paths through the vineyards!
