Welcome to the Holiday cottage "Le Grand Chêne" for a relaxing stay just 8 kilometers from the ocean.
Situated in the northern Médoc, at the entrance to the village of Vensac, less than 10 kilometers from the first ocean beaches, this detached single-storey house benefits from a vast 2600 m² enclosed garden; you'll enjoy relaxing in the shade of the large oak tree, here master of the premises, refreshing yourself in the large private saltwater swimming pool (5x10m), sharing pleasant moments with family or friends around the various outdoor spaces at your disposal: patio and summer kitchen with gas barbecue, terraces.
The property is fully enclosed, so you can park several vehicles and leave your pet free if required.
The regional-style house has been recently renovated using traditional, eco-friendly materials, and has been fitted out as far as possible with recycled elements, with an emphasis on aesthetics and practicality.
It comprises a large fitted kitchen opening onto the dining room and living room, a veranda, an entrance hall, three bedrooms (two 160x200 beds and two twin 80x190 beds), two bathrooms with shower/wc and a separate toilet.
All living areas and bedrooms open directly onto the outside.
The rental price includes bed linen, table linen and towels. Cleaning service available at the end of your stay (for a fee).
Pets are welcome under certain conditions: extra charge of €15/day/pet, additional deposit of €150, restricted access to veranda and clean surroundings.
