In the heart of the Côtes de Blaye Vineyard, just ten kilometers from the Citadelle de Blaye, Vauban's emblematic fortress and a UNESCO World Heritage site, the Holiday cottage des Puits Fleuris welcomes you for a stay of relaxation and discovery. Situated in the peaceful hamlet of l'Hôpital, a stone's throw from the village of Eyrans where you'll find a bakery, it offers a pleasant environment, ideal for recharging your batteries. Cyclists will appreciate the cycle path, just 500 m away, which takes you through the Vineyard to Blaye. Nearby, discover the Gironde estuary and its cruises, the charming village of Bourg-sur-Gironde and the Corniche road, or the bird sanctuary of Saint-Ciers-sur-Gironde and its typical marshes dotted with carrelets and restaurants. Semi-detached from the owners' house and close to a second Holiday cottage, the accommodation has independent access and a large private gravel courtyard with paved terrace, ideal for enjoying fine weather. Completely renovated to a high standard, the first floor comprises an entrance hall, a convivial living room with fitted kitchen, dining area and lounge, and a spacious shower room with toilet. Upstairs, you'll find three comfortable bedrooms (a bed 160x200, a bed 140x190 and a bed 90x190) and a separate toilet with washbasin. The Holiday cottage is equipped with electric heating. Bed linen and table linen are included in the price. Linen rental and end-of-stay cleaning are optional. Free Wi-Fi access is also available.
