Close to the city and all its amenities, the Forest, and the port of Biganos, in the heart of the Arcachon Basin, this cozy 55-square-meter cottage offers all the comforts for two people in a quiet setting on a lot with a tree-lined garden and a terrace. You’ll be enchanted by the ocean beaches, the Arcachon Basin, and the coastal trails.
The holiday cottage consists of a main room with a living area and TV, a fully equipped kitchen (dishwasher, fridge-freezer, microwave, drip coffee maker and Senseo coffee maker, kettle, glass-ceramic cooktop, electric oven...), and a dining area, a bedroom with a 160x200 cm bed and air conditioning, and a bathroom with a shower, washing machine, and toilet.
The holiday cottage is located next to the owners’ home (shared access path). Parking is available on the property.

Séjour très agréable et belle découverte du bassin d'Arcachon.
Gite bien situé pour le tourisme et les commerces, super bien équipé, , on n'a pas l'impression d'être en location, mais on est comme chez soi.
Extérieur très agréable.
Gite très indépendant, malgré la proximité de l'habitation des propriétaires qui est pour nous un plus.
Propriétaires très accueillants , sympathiques, discrets et disponibles.

Très bon séjour dans le bassin d'Arcachon. Les propriétaires sont très accueillants et sympathiques. Ils sont de bons conseils pour agrémenter votre séjour. Leur gîte, où nous n'avons manqué de rien, est propre et confortable. Nous recommandons ce gîte à partir duquel nous avons réalisé de longues randonnées pour découvrir cette région. De Biganos à la dune du Pyla, en passant par La Teste de Buch et Arcachon ainsi que de Biganos à Andernos. Nous avons également fait Le Cap Ferret mais aussi marché dans les terres.
