Ideally located at the very beginning of Boulevard de la Beach, in Arcachon's lively Aiguillon district, stay in this bright, fully-equipped, refurbished apartment.
It's just a 10-minute walk from the Beach and a 20-minute walk from the Arcachon train station. You'll love the atmosphere of this authentic neighborhood, with its fishermen's cabins and harbor, and its lively shops and restaurants.
Our apartment is located in a small, secure residence with underground parking (private location for a car without a gallery, as the ceiling is rather low). It is a duplex apartment on the second and top floor of the residence (access by elevator or stairs).
The first level comprises an entrance hall leading to the air-conditioned main room with fully-equipped kitchen, dining room and TV lounge, and an independent toilet. This room opens onto a small balcony with garden furniture and electric plancha.
Upstairs, you'll find three bedrooms (two 160x200 beds and two 90x200 beds that can be twinned to form a 180x200 bed), including a master bedroom with private shower room, another independent shower room and separate toilet.
All bedrooms have dressing rooms, and two are air-conditioned. Bed linen and towels are included in the price. The apartment is equipped with Electric heating and reversible air conditioning in the living room and two bedrooms. Cleaning service available at the end of your stay (extra charge).
