Located in the heart of the Arcachon Basin, in the town of Le Teich, near the city center and all amenities, Le Courlis welcomes you for your stay as a couple or with your family. Its location will allow you to discover the region’s many attractions and enjoy a variety of activities: A bird sanctuary 2 km away, oyster cabins in Gujan Mestras, the Dune du Pilat 19 km away, swimming at the Arcachon Bay beaches, ocean beaches 20 km away, and much more.
Le Courlis is a charming vacation home ideal for a couple with two kids. Adjacent to two other units, it features a covered terrace with outdoor furniture and a gas plancha, as well as a private garden. The house consists of an air-conditioned living area with a fully equipped kitchen (induction cooktop and freestanding electric oven), a dining area, and a living room; a small bedroom with a 140x190 bed; a second bedroom with a Bed 90x190 and a Bed 90x200, a bathroom (shower), and a separate toilet. Electric heating. Cleaning service available at the end of your stay (for an additional fee). Sheets, bath linens, and dish towels are included in the price. Parking in front of the house. The adjoining gardens are separated by a Gironde-style fence. Fans are available in each bedroom for hot weather. 3-star-rated vacation rental.

la maison est agréable , située dans un quartier calme et très proche des commodités du transport urbain 'gare et bus ) avec des tarifs très intéressants pour les touristes 'BAIA).

contact très chaleureux dès la réservation à notre départ
propriétaires très très prévoyants, souplesse sur les horaires d'arrivée, malgré un départ tôt, ont été ok.
Malgré que le temps n'a pas été parfait, vous y pouvait rien, très grand confort dans le gite, il manque de rien, du lave vaisselle, au cafetière à la plancha et autres.

présence également de clim important aussi, très belle exposition du gite / soleil
Très centrale pour visiter le bassin d'Arcachon, au teich vous trouvez tout ce qui faut pour vous alimenter ( on a eu eu un petit faible pour les halles de la teste ).
envie d'aller à bordeaux une gare au teich, un arrêt de bus près du teich.
un accès internet / wifi performant.
les moustiques sont là, tout est à disposition pour les chasser ( bougies citronnelles, au prise anti moustiques ou appareil à lumière bleue)
