Le Clos du Cèdre is a 30 m² self-contained Holiday cottage in a stone outbuilding in Lussac, near Saint-Émilion.
It opens onto a vast wooded park dominated by a large cedar tree, offering a calm, unspoilt natural setting.
The bright, warm interior combines the charm of exposed stone with modern, comfortable furnishings.
The Holiday cottage has its own private terrace to make the most of the garden.
A beautiful shared swimming pool, harmoniously integrated into the property as a whole, completes the facilities with its fitted pool house (induction hob, Dolce Gusto coffee machine, table, benches and armchairs, etc.). Piscine open from May to October, weather permitting.
Quality accommodation, ideal for two (or three) who want to rest, relax and discover the Vineyard.
In the Holiday cottage, you'll find a living room with fully-equipped kitchen (induction hob, oven, fridge/freezer with fan assisted cooling, dishwasher, microwave, coffee maker...) and lounge with sofa bed (sleeping area 200cm x 120cm), TV, coffee table. A very bright bedroom with a queen-size bed (160x200cm), an office area for Telework, and a travertine bathroom with walk-in shower complete the ensemble. Reversible air-conditioning.
Bed linen, towels and kitchen linen, electricity and heating, as well as end-of-stay cleaning are included;
