Le Clos des Sources

Le Clos des Sources welcomes you to the confluence of 3 distinctive tourist regions: the Vineyard of Bordeaux, the Périgord (Dordogne) and the Agenais (Lot et Garonne). Set in a large, green, hilly property, the Holiday cottage is housed in a detached house in the immediate vicinity of the owners' home. You'll have access to the owners' park and Piscine, which they reserve for the exclusive use of their guests during their stays. Numerous indoor and outdoor games (bowls, table tennis, table soccer, badminton...). A private terrace with garden furniture and barbecue lets you enjoy meals and pleasant moments of relaxation overlooking nature (garden, woods, 200 m2 pond, vineyards, fishing available - cork fishing - carp, roach). The Holiday cottage is all on one level, with false floors (4 steps maximum). It comprises an attractive living room with dining area and lounge, a fully-equipped kitchen, a bedroom with a 160X200cm bed facing a bathroom (shower, bath, double basin) with separate WC, a second bedroom with two 90X200cm beds and its own shower room (shower and WC), a veranda and a laundry room (washing machine, tumble dryer, sink). The Holiday cottage is equipped with heat pump central heating and an insert fireplace (1 wheelbarrow of wood free, additional wheelbarrow payable). Parking for two cars. Sheets, towels and household linen included, beds made. Private Piscine (except for maintenance by the owner), 12X6m, 1m to 1.70m deep, access by stairs. Can be used from April 1st to November 1st until 11:00 pm; can be covered or uncovered, so can be used 5 or 6 months of the year. A reinforced socket for recharging electric vehicles is easily accessible in the Holiday cottage parking lot.
