Le Clos des Sources welcomes you at the crossroads of three distinctive tourist regions: the Bordeaux Vineyard, the Périgord (Dordogne), and the Agenais (Lot-et-Garonne). This holiday cottage is both secluded and close to everything you need.
Set within a vast, green, and rolling estate, the holiday cottage is housed in a detached home right next to the owners’ residence. You’ll have access to the owners’ grounds and Piscine, which they reserve for the exclusive use of their guests during their stays. Numerous indoor and outdoor games (pétanque court, ping-pong, foosball, badminton...). A private terrace with garden furniture and a barbecue allows you to enjoy meals and relaxing moments surrounded by nature (garden, woods, 200 m² pond, vineyards, Fishing available—with a float—for carp and roach).
The holiday cottage is single-story with split levels (maximum 4 steps). It consists of a beautiful living area with a dining room and living room, a fully equipped kitchen, a bedroom with a 160x200 cm bed facing a bathroom (shower, bathtub, double sink) with a separate toilet, a second bedroom with two 90x200 cm beds and its own bathroom (shower and toilet), a veranda, and a laundry room (washer, dryer, sink). The holiday cottage is equipped with central heating via a heat pump and a fireplace insert for supplemental heating (1 wheelbarrow of wood provided free of charge; additional wheelbarrows available for a fee).
Parking for two cars. Sheets, towels, and linens included; beds made upon arrival. End-of-stay cleaning available for a fee. Private Piscine (except for maintenance by the owner), 12x6m, depth 1m to 1.70m, accessed via stairs. Available from April 1 to November 1 until 11:00 PM; it can be covered or uncovered, allowing for use 5 to 6 months of the year. A high-power outlet for charging electric vehicles is easily accessible in the holiday cottage’s parking lot.

Gîte impeccable et accueil chaleureux, à recommander! Thierry et Isabelle sont disposés à trouver une solution à chaque question aux problèmes qui se poseraient.
Cadre rustique, verdoyant et fleuri, en même temps pas trop éloigné d'un centre commercial bien équipé. Trains à proximité direction Bordeaux ou Sarlat/Les Eyzies. Bibliothèque bien documentée sur ce qui est à visiter dans la région. Grande piscine et jeux disponibles pour grands et petits.- Cleanliness

Catherine74 Une parenthèse enchantée
Un superbe gîte parfaitement équipé et décoré avec beaucoup de goût par les propriétaires aux petits soins pour nous (cannelés, confitures maison, figues, noix, tomates...). Situé en pleine nature mais proche de toutes les commodités, c'est le point de depart de belles balades à pied autour du gîte (merci pour les suggestions et les plans détaillés) et de visites dans cette jolie région.
Encore un grand merci à nos hôtes Isabelle et Thierry qui ont fait de ce gîte un lieu qui leur ressemble, chaleureux où l'on se sent bien. Une seule envie : REVENIR !!!- Cleanliness

Cliff and Lesley Gorgeous gite, wonderful hosts
We loved the cottage and facilities. Le Clos Des Sources was one of the best places to stay I have visited in 40 years of using Gites de France. The facilities were excellent, the location secluded and quiet, all the better for the sheep, ducks and wildlife. We saw red squirrels within yards of the cottage, deer in the woods and bats flying close by on warm evenings.
Thierry and Isabelle were welcoming hosts, always discrete and friendly. They were also tremendously caring and helpful when we had problems and needed to use the local health services in an emergency. Thank you for making our stay so pleasant.Nous avons adoré le gîte et les installations. Le Clos Des Sources était l'un des meilleurs endroits où séjourner que j'ai visité en 40 ans d'utilisation des Gîtes de France. Les installations étaient excellentes, l'emplacement isolé et calme, tant mieux pour les moutons, les canards et la faune. Nous avons vu des écureuils roux à quelques mètres du chalet, des cerfs dans les bois et des chauves-souris volant à proximité lors des chaudes soirées.
Thierry et Isabelle ont été des hôtes accueillants, toujours discrets et sympathiques. Ils étaient également extrêmement attentionnés et serviables lorsque nous avions des problèmes et que nous devions recourir aux services de santé locaux en cas d'urgence. Mag&Seb Superbes vacances
Nous avons passé d'excellentes vacances au clos des sources! Le gîte est spacieux, très bien équipé, au calme. Le jardin est propice à la détente ou aux jeux (nombreux jeux mis à disposition). Sans oublier la magnifique piscine dont nous avons pu profiter seuls tous les jours.
Thierry et Isabelle sont des hôtes accueillants, discrets et attentifs. Ils ont proposé de nombreux jouets et petites animations (nourrir les canards, les moutons...) à notre fils de 3 ans.- Cleanliness
