It opens onto a 4-hectare wooded area with preserved biodiversity: here you’ll find peace and nature in this old farmhouse typical of the region. The property is ideally located less than 500 meters from all the shops and amenities in the village of Créon and the Bordeaux–Sauveterre-de-Guyenne bike path.

Bright and fully renovated, the 100-square-meter holiday cottage combines the charm of the past (exposed beams, half-timbering, stone walls, and a fireplace) with modern comforts. You’ll find a large living area, two spacious and bright bedrooms—one of which has its own private courtyard—and a spacious bathroom.
A 500-square-meter garden is reserved for you to enjoy the outdoors in close contact with nature (summer dining area under an arbor, barbecue, lounge chairs).

This property is certified by “Tourism and Handicap,” and both bedrooms are wheelchair accessible.
A locked garage can accommodate bicycles and motorcycles.
Heating and electricity are included, as are bed linens and towels. End-of-stay housekeeping is available. Tourist tax is an additional charge. Firewood can be purchased on-site.
