It opens onto a 4-hectare wooded area with preserved Biodiversity: you'll find peace and nature in this old farmhouse typical of the region. The property is ideally located less than 500m from all the shops and amenities in Créon and the Bordeaux - Sauveterre de Guyenne cycle path. Bright and fully renovated, the 100m² Holiday cottage combines the charm of the past (beams, half-timbering, stone walls, fireplace) with contemporary comforts. You'll find a vast living room, 2 spacious, bright bedrooms, one with its own private courtyard, one with 2 beds 0.90mx1.90m and the other with 2 beds 0.90mx2m (they can be twinned), and a vast shower room.
A 500m² garden area is reserved for you to live outdoors as close as possible to nature (summer dining room under an arbour, barbecue, deckchairs). The Holiday cottage can accommodate 4 to 6 people (plus baby). Tourism and Handicap accredited (motor, hearing and mental), both bedrooms are accessible.
