Le clos Daniel

Le Clos Daniel is housed in a detached former farm building, with an enclosed garden planted with trees, a barbecue with vine shoots provided, and terraces. It is located in a hamlet on the road leading from the village of Avensan to Margaux and its prestigious châteaux, 30km from Bordeaux and 30km from the ocean. The Holiday cottage is bright and airy, with a view over the garden. On the first floor, you'll find a large living room with fireplace (wood supplied) and dining area. The fully-equipped kitchen is an extension of the living room. A bedroom with 1 x 160cm bed and a bay window opening onto an outside terrace, a bathroom with bath and shower, WC. Upstairs: a landing with a 140x190cm bed and heater, a bedroom with 2 0.80cm beds (can be converted to a 160cm bed). Central gas heating. Ground-floor storeroom with washing machine and dryer. Car parking at the side of the Holiday cottage. Table tennis. Take advantage of the CablePark activity in Avensan. End-of-stay cleaning optional. Baby bed and high chair. Pets welcome at a flat rate of €60 per animal. Bed linen provided, towels at extra charge.
