Le Clos Daniel is housed in a detached former farm building, with an enclosed garden planted with trees, a barbecue with vine shoots provided, and terraces. It is located in a hamlet on the road leading from the village of Avensan to Margaux and its prestigious châteaux, 30km from Bordeaux and 30km from the ocean. The Holiday cottage is bright and airy, with a view over the garden. On the first floor, you'll find a large living room with fireplace (wood supplied) and dining area. The fully-equipped kitchen is an extension of the living room. A bedroom with 1 x 160cm bed and a bay window opening onto an outside terrace, a bathroom with bath and shower, WC. Upstairs: a landing with a 140x190cm bed and heater, a bedroom with 2 0.80cm beds (can be converted to a 160cm bed). Central gas heating. Ground-floor storeroom with washing machine and dryer. Car parking at the side of the Holiday cottage. Table tennis. Take advantage of the CablePark activity in Avensan. End-of-stay cleaning optional. Baby bed and high chair. Pets welcome at a flat rate of €60 per animal. Bed linen provided, towels at extra charge.

Friedhelm Unterkunft mit kurzen Wegen zum Medoc/Atlantik
Um das Medoc und die Atlantikregion zu erkunden, ist die Lage ideal.Sehr angenehme Besitzer und sehr freundlicher Emofang.Im Haus ist alles vorhanden und zum Bäcker und Supermarkt sind es nur 2 Autominuten.

Richard superbe séjour
Wir waren für 3 Wochen bei Mme und M Crouzet in Avensan.
Schon der Empfang war super herzlich. Nicole und Daniel sind sehr nette Vermieter und wohnen direkt neben an. Das Clos de Daniel war die ideale Unterkunft für und 3 Martina Richard und unser Hund Smudo. Der Garten ist komplett umzäunt was für uns mit Hund sehr wichtig ist.
Avensan ist der zentral im Medoc gelegen in mitten der Weinanbaugebiete des Medoc mit hunderten von Chateaux in der unmittelbaren Umgebung. Bordeaux, die Atlantikküste bei Lacanau und der Lac d'Hourtin sind alle in unter einer Stunde erreichbar.
Wir Verbringen unseren Urlaub seit über 10 Jahren in Franchreich und der Aufenthalt bei Nicole und Daniel zählt zu den bisherigen Highlights.Nous avons séjourné chez Mme et M. Crouzet à Avensan pendant trois semaines.
L'accueil a été incroyablement chaleureux. Nicole et Daniel sont des propriétaires très sympathiques et habitent juste à côté. Le Clos de Daniel était l'hébergement idéal pour nous, Martina, Richard et notre chien Smudo. Le jardin est entièrement clôturé, ce qui est très important pour nous qui avons un chien.
Avensan est située au cœur du Médoc, au cœur du vignoble médocain, avec des centaines de châteaux à proximité immédiate. Bordeaux, la côte atlantique près de Lacanau et le lac d'Hourtin sont tous à moins d'une heure de route.
Nous passons nos vacances en France depuis plus de dix ans, et notre séjour chez Nicole et Daniel est l'un de nos meilleurs moments jusqu'à présent.- Cleanliness

Très bon accueil des propriétaires malgré notre heure d'arrivée très tardive.
Gîte très lumineux,spacieux et tout confort. Un extérieur au top pour nous et notre chien qui a pu en profiter. Gîte idéalement bien placé pour visiter les alentours de Bordeaux et l'estuaire.
