Le Clomalé

Located in Arcachon's Autumn City, just a ten-minute walk from the Beach and fifteen minutes from the city center, the Aiguillon district and its port, our Le Clomalé apartment welcomes you for your stay on the Bay of Arcachon. Recently renovated, it is located in a small condominium and has a small, private, enclosed garden of 70m2, with barbecue.
The accommodation comprises a light-filled winter garden with dining area and library area opening onto the garden (unheated room), a very spacious main room with fully-equipped kitchen, dining room and TV lounge, three bedrooms (two with a 160x200 bed and two 90x200 beds respectively, opening onto the main room, and a small bedroom with two 90cm Bunk beds, opening onto the winter garden), a shower room with toilet (accessible from the main room and also communicating with the master bedroom), and a bathroom with toilet.
Electric heating. Parking for one car available in the condominium.
Cycle path in the street near the Holiday cottage, ideal for getting to the City or the Beach.
Linvosges sheets and towels available for hire. Kitchen linen (tea towels and tablecloths) available. End-of-stay cleaning available at extra cost. Wifi available via fiber. Baby equipment available: baby bed and high chair.
