A detached house located on a wooded property in the Entre-Deux-Mers vineyard region, featuring a private outdoor area and a large covered terrace overlooking the woods with direct access to the vineyards. You’ll enjoy the owners’ heated Piscine (May through September, weather permitting), which is available from May through September, depending on the weather. The covered terrace is furnished with an outdoor sofa and garden furniture, with a barbecue nearby. Two hammocks invite you to make the most of this idyllic setting. This holiday cottage, which combines modernity and sophistication, features a large living area with a fully equipped kitchen, a dining area, and a living room with a TV. One bedroom has a 160-cm bed, and the other has two 90-cm beds. Both bedrooms have a TV. A bathroom with a large walk-in shower. For your comfort, bed linen, bath towels, pool towels, and linen supplied for your home are provided; electricity and heating are included. For your entertainment, the holiday cottage is equipped with a game console and a DVD player with a wide selection of movies. For sunny days, a ping-pong table is set up outside. The little ones will have fun on the swing and slide. For heating, a reversible air conditioner is installed in the living room, and electric radiators are provided for the other rooms. The Piscine is open from 10:00 a.m. to 7:00 p.m. during operating hours. A cleaning fee is available at an additional cost for end-of-stay cleaning. The holiday cottage is equipped with baby gear: baby bed, high chair, changing table, baby bathtub, potty, bottle warmer, and umbrella stroller. This holiday cottage is non-smoking. Tourist tax is charged separately. Rentals are reserved exclusively for private individuals.
