In the heart of the Gironde, on the outskirts of the City of Bordeaux, in the commune of Yvrac, in the Bordeaux Vineyard, our Holiday cottage, Chai des Grézeaux, is located in a particularly quiet and pleasant hamlet. It is located in the Pestoury family Vineyard in the Côtes de Bordeaux appellation. This Bungalow, built of local stone and rubble, is the oldest in the hamlet. South-facing, this building is a typical historic winegrower's dwelling. It benefits from a large wooded park and fruit garden, ideal for enjoying a convivial meal under the two-hundred-year-old lime trees. Inside, the house is fitted out to a very high standard, with a spacious living/dining room, kitchen and three bedrooms, two with a 160x200 bed each and one with two 90x190 beds for up to six people. A bathroom and toilet complete the ensemble. If you wish, you can visit and taste the products of Isabelle and Bertrand Pestoury's winery. For a peaceful stay, bed and kitchen linen are included in the price. Linen rental and cleaning service available at the end of your stay (extra charge). Oil-fired central heating (extra charge from 15/10 to 15/04). Holiday cottage built against old outbuildings. Parking. Wifi in living room, kitchen, three bedrooms. Baby bed, high chair, changing mat, toilet reducer and baby bath available in the gîte.

    Assez satisfait

    Bien dans l’ensemble mais des petits dysfonctionnements matériels ( serrures difficiles, velux impossibles à ouvrir..)
    Sinon bel endroit globalement…

    Séjour en famille

    Très bel accueil des propriétaires. Gîte au calme mais à proximité de commerces, transports et grandes surfaces. Nous y retournerons sans souci pour mieux profiter de Bordeaux et ses environs.
    Petit bémol pour la salle de bain qui mériterait une douche et un peu plus d'aération (fenêtre abîmée en cours de changement donc condamnée)

    Séjour formidable

    Nous avons passé 3 jours dans ce charmant gîte où nous avons été très bien accueillis !
    Bel espace extérieur pour profiter du soleil autour d'un barbecue, juste à côté des vignes et à 10min d'un parking relais pour Bordeaux.
    Le gîte est propre, fonctionnel et confortable.
    Les propriétaires proposent de visiter leur exploitation et de déguster leur vin, et nous avons passé un excellent moment.

    Excelente alojamiento.

    Alojamiento cómodo, silencioso y bonito cercano a Burdeos.

    Las posibilidades de transporte útil, barato y rápido a la ciudad , con el "Tram", son estupendas.

    Muy buenos consejos de la propietaria.

    Lo recomiendo 100%.

    C'est notre 2eme séjour dans ce gîte et l'accueil par notre hôte était encore une fois parfait.
    Le logement est très bien équipé, bien situé, au calme.
    Les commerces à proximité sont un vrai point positif.
