Le Chai des Grezeaux

In the heart of the Gironde, on the outskirts of the City of Bordeaux, in the commune of Yvrac, in the Bordeaux Vineyard, our Holiday cottage, Chai des Grézeaux, is located in a particularly quiet and pleasant hamlet. It is located in the Pestoury family Vineyard in the Côtes de Bordeaux appellation. This Bungalow, built of local stone and rubble, is the oldest in the hamlet. South-facing, this building is a typical historic winegrower's dwelling. It benefits from a large wooded park and fruit garden, ideal for enjoying a convivial meal under the two-hundred-year-old lime trees. Inside, the house is fitted out to a very high standard, with a spacious living/dining room, kitchen and three bedrooms, two with a 160x200 bed each and one with two 90x190 beds for up to six people. A bathroom and toilet complete the ensemble. If you wish, you can visit and taste the products of Isabelle and Bertrand Pestoury's winery. For a peaceful stay, bed and kitchen linen are included in the price. Linen rental and cleaning service available at the end of your stay (extra charge). Oil-fired central heating (extra charge from 15/10 to 15/04). Holiday cottage built against old outbuildings. Parking. Wifi in living room, kitchen, three bedrooms.
