Set in a modern, detached house on an enclosed lot of approximately 730 m², you’ll have access to a terrace and a garden with an above-ground pool open from May through September, as well as private parking on the property. The house features an entryway leading to a beautiful, air-conditioned living area with a fully equipped kitchen, dining area, and TV lounge; two furnished bedrooms (with fans)—one featuring a 140x190 bed and the other two beds 90x190; a relaxation/meditation room; a bathroom (with a bathtub); a separate toilet, and a large utility room with a washing machine and cleaning supplies. Underfloor heating; air conditioning is available only in the main living area. Sheets, towels, and end-of-stay cleaning services are available for rent (additional fees apply). Electricity consumption exceeding 8 kWh/day and electric heating costs are subject to an additional charge.
