Set in a modern, detached house on an enclosed lot of approximately 730 m², you’ll have access to a terrace and a garden with an above-ground pool open from May through September, as well as private parking on the property. The house features an entryway leading to a beautiful, air-conditioned living area with a fully equipped kitchen, dining area, and TV lounge; two furnished bedrooms (with fans)—one featuring a 140x190 bed and the other two beds 90x190; a relaxation/meditation room; a bathroom (with a bathtub); a separate toilet, and a large utility room with a washing machine and cleaning supplies. Underfloor heating; air conditioning is available only in the main living area. Sheets, towels, and end-of-stay cleaning services are available for rent (additional fees apply). Electricity consumption exceeding 8 kWh/day and electric heating costs are subject to an additional charge.

Nous avons passé une très bonne semaine dans cette belle maison avec son beau jardin Elle est très fonctionnelle, propre, bien agencée. Très bien située mais pour autant dans un quartier calme.
Les propriétaires sont très accueillants et sympathiques avec une jolie attention à l'arrivée. Merci encore !
Nous reviendrons avec plaisir, nos filles ne voulaient plus partir.

Véro Excellent
Maison comme neuve. Tout est très propre, bien agencé, bien décoré, bien équipé. C'est très spacieux pour 4 personnes. Belle terrasse avec piscine et un terrain bien entretenu. Les propriétaires sont très gentils et nous avons été très bien reçu. Le quartier est très calme. Le gîte est idéalement situé près du bassin d'Arcachon, la dune du pilat, Bordeaux, etc. Bref, ce logement est parfait.

Gite très agréable, propre et fonctionnel avec un accueil très chaleureux par des propriétaires très sympathiques
Déconnection totale, séjour sportif avec nombreuses balades à vélos, beaucoup de pistes cyclables autour du bassin d Arcachon et Bordeaux.
