L'Atelier Plage

L'Atelier Beach is a charming, warmly decorated wooden house in Gujan Mestras, in the heart of the Bay of Arcachon, 500 meters from the Sea and the oyster ports. This location is ideal for enjoying the region's must-see sites and tourist attractions (Dune du Pilat, Arcachon, ocean beaches, lakes...). It's just a stone's throw from the Bassin and the sentier du littoral for walking and cycling (numerous cycle paths nearby) and 1 km from the Bassin des Loisirs (amusement parks, golf, Casino, Tennis, Piscine...).
The architecture is reminiscent of traditional cabins, offering you a truly exotic experience. The white wood interior and sloping ceiling create a soothing, relaxing atmosphere. The house features a bright living room (fitted kitchen, dining area and lounge with reversible air conditioning) with large workshop windows and a large bay window opening onto the terrace, 2 bedrooms sleeping 3 and a shower room with large shower and toilet. The master bedroom, with a 160x200 bed, opens directly onto the terrace. The workshop bedroom is perfect for one person, with an 80x200 bed (extendable on request for greater comfort). The wooden terrace invites you to relax and dine alfresco, and there's a charming enclosed garden where you can relax and enjoy the plancha for grilled meats and other regional specialties.
L'Atelier Beach has air-conditioning in the main room and a flat-screen TV. Bed linen, towels and end-of-stay cleaning are included in the price.
The house is located on a property where the owners live in total discretion, offering you total independence and no vis-à-vis to preserve your privacy. There is a private, secure parking space on the property (electric gate).
