L'Arbousier

Our Holiday cottage l'Arbousier is located in the southern Médoc, just 12 km from Le Beach du Gressier, the main beach of Le Porge Océan (13 km long), and 1 km from the center of Le Porge village, in a quiet, pleasant setting. This location is ideal for discovering the area's many attractions: just 200 m away, you can set off on the cycle paths that will take you to the ocean beaches, where fine sand, golden dunes and beautiful waves await you. Further afield, the must-see sites of Lake Lacanau, Cap Ferret and the Bassin d'Arcachon, as well as the Médoc wine route, are sure to surprise you. Located in a quiet housing estate, l'Arbousier is a recently-built studio apartment adjoining the owners' home, not overlooked. It features a private terrace with garden furniture and barbecue. The single-storey Holiday cottage comfortably sleeps two, and comprises an air-conditioned main room with fully-equipped kitchen, dining area and living room with foldaway 160x200 cm bed; a shower room with walk-in shower and toilet completes the accommodation. There is a parking space on the property, with an EV charging station available (at a charge). Bed linen, kitchen linen, table linen, end-of-stay cleaning, heating and air conditioning are included in the price. A shared washing machine is available in a room adjoining the Holiday cottage.
