Reserved parking space in secure basement garage with secure bike room.
Pessac's main square with its restaurants and shops is 600 m away on foot, with the Bordeaux bus stop 200 m away and the tramway and SNCF train station for Bordeaux and Arcachon just 10 minutes away on foot. Located 45 km from Arcachon and close to the Pessac-Léognan Vineyard.
Electric heating (fluid inertia radiators).
Bed linen, towels and table linen are included in the price. Electric heating is extra in Autumn/Winter (October to end March).
End-of-stay cleaning service available (extra charge). Tourist tax extra. Pets allowed under certain conditions (€5/day and €280 deposit).
