In the heart of the Arcachon Basin, within the Landes de Gascogne Regional Nature Park, in the town of Le Teich, L’Airial du Résinier welcomes you for your vacation in a unique and exceptionally well-preserved natural setting, perfect for relaxation. This location is ideal for exploring all the treasures of our beautiful region: Arcachon, its beaches, its winter city, the oyster ports of Gujan Mestras, the Teich bird sanctuary, the Dune du Pyla, and much more.
Our fully self-contained holiday cottage, featuring a living area with a triple east-south-west exposure, is situated in the heart of a one-hectare clearing—unique in the region—surrounded by pine trees; it includes a terrace and an adjoining fenced-in yard. Fully renovated, you’ll enjoy a beautiful, spacious living area that’s bright year-round thanks to its six large openings (four windows, two glass doors), featuring a kitchenette, dining area, living room (board games), TV, and a fireplace insert, two bedrooms equipped with a 140 cm bed and two 90 cm beds respectively, and a bathroom with shower and toilet. The holiday cottage is equipped with electric heating and also features an outdoor shower for when you return from the Beach. Sheets, towels, and linens are included in the price. End-of-stay cleaning is available for a fee. Fermob outdoor furniture is provided for your comfort, along with two lounge chairs for relaxing. The living room features a fireplace to liven up your evenings during the fall and winter, and there are plenty of board games available so you can share fun, quality time with the kids! Check-in and key pickup are scheduled between 4:00 PM and 5:30 PM, though some flexibility is possible.
