In the heart of the Bassin d'Arcachon, in the Landes de Gascogne Regional Nature Park, in the commune of Le Teich, l'Airial du Résinier opens its doors to you for your vacations in a unique and particularly well-preserved natural environment, ideal for relaxation. This location is ideal for discovering all the treasures of our beautiful region: Arcachon, its beaches, its winter City, the oyster ports of Gujan Mestras, the bird sanctuary of Le Teich, the Dune du Pyla and much more.
Our totally independent Holiday cottage, with a triple east-south-west facing living space, is located in the heart of a one-hectare airial, unique in the region, surrounded by pine trees; it has a terrace and fenced adjoining grounds. Entirely renovated, the gîte features a spacious living room with 6 generous windows (4 windows, 2 glass doors), kitchenette, dining area, lounge (board games), TV and fireplace, two bedrooms (one with a double bed and the other with two single beds) and a shower room / wc. The Holiday cottage is equipped with electric heating and an outdoor shower for returning from the Beach. Sheets, towels and household linen are included in the price. Fermob outdoor furniture is provided for your comfort, as are two sun loungers for relaxing. The living room has a wood-burning stove to liven up the autumn-winter evenings, and there are plenty of board games for you and the Kids to play together! Reception and handover of keys between 4pm and 5:30pm, but flexibility is possible.
