L'Airial du Caplanne – La Granja 62

There are plenty of activities to discover and enjoy in the surrounding area, such as the Leyre river, nicknamed the Little Amazon, a wilderness area popular with canoeists, anglers and river walkers. La Granja 62 is a tastefully renovated former barn nestled in a typical Landes and southern Gironde airial, surrounded by greenery and bathed in light. This 6-person Holiday cottage combines authenticity and modern comfort, and is perfect for vacations with family or friends. On the ground floor, you'll find a convivial living room opening onto the outdoors, with a fully-equipped kitchen, dining room and TV lounge, and an adjoining laundry room with toilet.
Upstairs, you'll find three comfortable bedrooms: - one with a 140x200 cm bed - one with a 160x200 cm bed and private shower room - one with a 160x200 cm bed, plus an upper level with an air-conditioned attic sleeping area (3 beds 90x190 cm). A separate shower room with large shower and toilet completes the first floor.

Outside, you'll find a covered terrace equipped with garden furniture and a relaxation area, as well as an unfenced garden, ideal for enjoying long sunny days, reading in the shade of a parasol or enjoying a meal al fresco. The Holiday cottage is attached to another house; you have independent access and a private parking area. Bed linen, towels and end-of-stay cleaning are included in the price.
