Welcome to Arcachon's Aiguillon district, home to the Fishing port and Marina. Located opposite the Arcachon Marina, l'Abricôtier is on the third floor of a residence with elevator and private parking. Very bright, the apartment offers a view that embraces a large part of the Bay of Arcachon. Well-furnished and functional, it comprises a fully-equipped kitchen, a living room that can be converted into an extra bed (wardrobe bed 160x200 cm), a lounge area, a bedroom equipped with two single beds 90X19 0cm, a shower room and a separate toilet. On the south side of the residence, all amenities will contribute to the success of your stay: small food shops, restaurants, supermarket, Pharmacy. You can also reach Arcachon's City center by strolling along the Beach on the duckboards or by strolling through the streets where magnificent villas from the end of the 19th century will delight your eyes. The apartment is equipped with Gas heating on meter reading. Bed linen and towels are included in the price. A cleaning service is available at the end of your stay for a fee.
