Welcome to Arcachon's Aiguillon district, home to the Fishing port and Marina. Located opposite the Arcachon Marina, l'Abricôtier is on the third floor of a residence with elevator and private parking. Very bright, the apartment offers a view that embraces a large part of the Bay of Arcachon. Well-furnished and functional, it comprises a fully-equipped kitchen, a living room that can be converted into an extra bed (wardrobe bed 160x200 cm), a lounge area, a bedroom equipped with two single beds 90X19 0cm, a shower room and a separate toilet. On the south side of the residence, all amenities will contribute to the success of your stay: small food shops, restaurants, supermarket, Pharmacy. You can also reach Arcachon's City center by strolling along the Beach on the duckboards or by strolling through the streets where magnificent villas from the end of the 19th century will delight your eyes. The apartment is equipped with Gas heating on meter reading. Bed linen and towels are included in the price. A cleaning service is available at the end of your stay for a fee.

    Face à la mer

    Emplacement idéal dans le quartier de l'Aiguillon et ses nombreux commerces de proximité. On se rend à pieds dans le centre ville par la plage avec grand plaisir. Nous sommes tombés la semaine de la canicule de juin et heureusement qu'un ventilateur était présent cette année dans l'appartement où la température est montée jusqu'à 32 degrés.Nous espérons que la copropriété votera l'installation de la climatisation prochainement. Accueil toujours parfait des propriétaires avec le petit cadeau de bienvenue bien au frais dans le frigo.

    Séjour de rêve

    Nous sommes revenus cette année dans cet appartement où tout est conçu pour passer un séjour de rêve, que ce soit l'accueil par le propriétaire en passant par l'agencement du bien, la situation géographique (proches tous commerces, restaurants, centre-ville, plages...) et surtout la vue sur le port.

    Séjour de rêve

    Au-delà de l'emplacement, vue sur le port, plages et centre-ville accessibles à pied, l'appartement est très bien équipé. Les hôtes sont très accueillants et à l'écoute.
    De plus tous commerces (boucherie épicerie primeur poissonniers et multiples restaurants) sont à 2 mn maximum à pied.

    buena gente en todas partes del mundo

    La experiencia tuvo de positivo: que a pesar de no hablar francés se esforzó por poner traductor, ayudarnos con las tiendas, con lo de dentro de casa, con el aparcamiento. muy amable. Las vistas desde el piso son para poner un monumento.

    Bel appartement, très bien équipé, bonne literie, très belle vue sur le port, proximité des plages, environ 1km pour le centre. Accueil impeccable.
