Ideally located in the heart of nature, on the edge of the Forest, just 12 km from Lacanau Océan and 4 km from Lake du Moutchic, Villa au milieu des Pins welcomes you for your stay with family or friends. Nestled in the heart of a large, shady, enclosed garden, you'll enjoy a calm environment conducive to pleasant moments of relaxation. You'll enjoy a covered terrace with garden furniture and barbecue for outdoor meals in summer, as well as an outdoor shower with hot water for when you return from the Beach. The house comprises an attractive living room with kitchen, dining room and table soccer lounge, three bedrooms each with a 140x190 bed, a bathroom with shower, a separate toilet with laundry facilities (washing machine and tumble dryer), and a mezzanine attic with extra bed for 2 people. The house is equipped with Electric heating and reversible air conditioning. Pets welcome under certain conditions (€50 per week / pet).
