Nestled in a vast, enclosed, shady garden, this house offers a peaceful, unspoilt setting conducive to relaxation and rejuvenation. Take full advantage of the fine weather on the covered terrace, equipped with garden furniture and a barbecue, ideal for cosy outdoor meals. After a day at the beach or by the Lake, enjoy the comfort of an outdoor shower with hot water. The villa features a pleasant, light-filled living room with a fully-equipped kitchen, dining area, lounge and table soccer for convivial moments. At night, you'll find three comfortable bedrooms, each equipped with a 140x190 double bed, a bathroom with shower, and a separate toilet with laundry area including washing machine and dryer. An attic mezzanine also provides extra sleeping space for two people. For optimum comfort in all seasons, the house is equipped with electric heating and reversible air conditioning. Pets are welcome under certain conditions (flat rate of €50 per week per animal).
