Located in the heart of the Fronsadais and Libourne vineyards, close to Bordeaux and Saint Emilion, the Holiday cottage La Souchette opens its doors to you for a stay with family or friends.
A large enclosed garden with a pleasant view over the vineyards is at your disposal. Our Holiday cottage is housed in an old farmhouse dating from 1850. Completely renovated, you'll find all modern comforts combined with the charm of stone. On the first floor, there's a fitted kitchen with dining area, a large TV room, a shower room with large shower, a separate toilet and a laundry room. Upstairs are three bedrooms (two beds 140x190 cm and two beds 90x190 cm). Sheets, towels, household linen and cleaning service available for hire at the end of your stay (extra charge). Heating not included (flat rate). Tourist tax extra. Holiday cottage adjoining the owners' home.

Mélanie Semaine de vacances en famille
Malgré la canicule, nous avons pu profiter d'une semaine de vacances un peu au frais, au rez-de-chaussée, grâce à la fabrication de la maison en vieilles pierres.
Les chambres étaient plus chaudes, mais cela a été.
L'endroit est calme mais proche rapidement de tout (Libourne à 15 min, Saint-Emilion à 30 min, Bordeaux à 40 min).
Propriétaires très sympathiques, et arrangeants (nous voulions partir un jour plus tôt que prévu, ils n'étaient pas chez eux mais se sont arrangé pour rentrer plus tôt pour faire notre état des lieux).- Cleanliness

Solenasticot Séjour au calme
Un excellent accueil dans ce gîte très agréable.
La mitoyenneté n'est pas un souci car chaque espace est bien délimité (entrée privative, jardin privatif).
Des propriétaires fort sympathiques, un cadre reposant : tout pour passer de bonnes vacances.
