Ideally located in Gujan Mestras, in the heart of the Arcachon Basin, just 1.5 km from the coastal trail and the port of Larros, you’ll enjoy a prime location surrounded by nature, walks along the basin, and authentic local charm.
As soon as you enter, you’ll discover a spacious living room bathed in light, opening onto the outdoors through a large floor-to-ceiling window. The living and dining area, equipped with a flat-screen TV, invites you to enjoy refined moments of togetherness.
The fully equipped open kitchen will delight food lovers: oven, dishwasher, induction cooktop, microwave, freezer, Nespresso coffee maker, as well as all the amenities needed for a carefree stay.
A dedicated office space is available, ideal for those wishing to work or telecommute in a quiet and comfortable environment, with high-speed Wi-Fi.
The villa features two beautiful double bedrooms, each furnished with a Bed 140 x 190. The first is located on the ground floor, and the second, situated upstairs and opening onto the staircase, features a freestanding bathtub integrated into the bedroom and a private toilet. A bathroom with a shower and toilet completes the amenities on the ground floor.
Outside, everything is in place to fully enjoy sunny days:
- a superb 3.5 x 8 m private Piscine, equipped with an underwater curtain for added safety and comfort
- a 3-person outdoor hot tub, perfect for moments of total relaxation
- two furnished terraces: one facing south and partially covered, and another with more shade
