A bright, comfortable Holiday cottage for couples or groups of friends.
Between Bordeaux and the Vineyards of Côtes de Bourg and Côtes de Blaye, this charming Holiday cottage offers a peaceful setting.
Housed in a restored 18th-century farmhouse, this 70 m² Holiday cottage has its own private garden with terrace, garden furniture and barbecue. It is adjoined to the Holiday cottage Le Cocon and a house, but is not directly overlooked.
On the first floor, you'll find a bright living room with fitted kitchen, dining area and lounge, a double bedroom with dressing room (bed 160), a shower room and a separate toilet.
The mezzanine features two single beds (80) and a cosy sitting area.
For your moments of relaxation, take advantage of the estate's secure swimming pool, open from May to September, weather permitting, as well as the outdoor leisure facilities: pétanque, badminton and table tennis. In summer, a gaming room is also available (table soccer, TV, board games, books).
The Piscine and leisure areas are reserved exclusively for Holiday cottage guests. After a day exploring the region, you can relax by the Piscine. The landscaped park is also accessible for walks.
Ideally located in the Gironde, this Holiday cottage is an ideal base for discovering the region: the Citadelle of Blaye (UNESCO), Bordeaux and Saint-Émilion, the Vineyard, estuary and ocean.
On-site Wellbeing massages are available on request.
For your comfort, bed linen and towels provided, wifi, pellet central heating. Covered parking available.
Housekeeping package optional - tourist tax extra.
To ensure the quality of your stay, the Holiday cottage is non-smoking inside, and for everyone's peace and quiet, parties are not possible.

An excellent gite, with an excellent host. We enjoyed the peace and quite of this well appointed gite. Estelle was very helpful and attentive. We enjoyed many of the beautiful sights in the surrounding area, including many walks in the beautiful villages. The local Philleas Fogg restaurant was excellent. Christian Traumhafte Unterkunft in ruhiger Umgebung
Die Unterkunft ist traumhaft schön und liegt auf einem wundervollen Gelände mit einem tollen Park. Zum Appartment gehört ein sehr gepflegter Garten, der ausreichend Platz bietet und von den anderen Ferienwohnungen sowie dem Grundstück der Eigentümer nicht einsehbar ist. Die Eigentümerin Estelle ist eine perfekte Gastgeberin. Im Appartment findet man alles vor, was man benötigt. Die Küche ist sehr gut ausgestattet und auch ein Grundstock an Lebensmitteln (Öl, Gewürze, Tee, Kaffee, etc.) ist vorhanden. Die Unterkunft ist sehr ruhig gelegen. Der Ort Civrac-de-Blaye selbst bietet keine Sehenswürdigkeiten und auch keine Einkaufsmöglichkeiten wie Supermärkte oder Bäcker. Insofern muss man sich darüber bewusst sein, dass man für alle Besorgungen oder auch Ausflüge das Auto benötigt.
