La Mirandelle

Situated in the heart of the Saint Emilion Vineyard, in a quiet hamlet in the small village of Mountain-Saint Emilion, La Mirandelle, a large stone house dating from 1845, welcomes you for a stay with family or friends. You'll appreciate its preserved authentic character and "timeless" decor. The enclosed courtyard at the front of the building offers a place of serenity where a magnificent lime tree will protect you from the sun. The swimming pool (8mx5m, 1.40m deep, open from May to October, weather permitting) is located in the semi-enclosed garden at the rear of the house, which also features a small terrace and garden furniture.
On the first floor, this spacious Holiday cottage has a kitchen with dining area and access to a terrace, equipped with a wood-burning stove, a TV lounge, four bedrooms (four 140x190cm beds, each with private shower room and toilet), and a laundry room. A fifth bedroom, also with private shower room and toilet, is located on the first floor. Parking is available adjacent to the Holiday cottage. Holiday cottage equipped with Electric heating, invoiced on site according to meter reading. Electricity not included. Possibility of renting sheets, towels and cleaning service at the end of your stay (extra charge). Tourist tax extra.
