Set in the Entre-deux-mers vineyards, the Holiday cottage is a former tenant farm of Château Chillac de Morizès (13th century), in the heart of the vineyards, which are farmed organically and biodynamically by the owners. The house has been completely renovated and brought up to date in a chic Countryside atmosphere. Everything has been done to make you feel at home, whether with family or friends. For your relaxation, there's a 7mx3m x 1.40m in-ground private swimming pool with electric curtain protection and wooden decking, a shaded terrace with lounge, sun loungers... and 5000 M2 of landscaped grounds with swings and ping-pong table. On the first floor of the house, you'll find a kitchen opening onto a terrace shaded by century-old trees, a dining room, a Kids' gaming room with TV, a laundry room, a living room with library and TV connected to Netflix and big screen, a bedroom with 160x200cm cm bed, a shower room with walk-in shower and separate toilet. Upstairs, two bedrooms each with a 160x200cm bed, a large bedroom with 4 90x190cm beds, a shower room with toilet and a large bathroom with island bath and toilet, a study and reading area. Bed linen, towels, kitchen linen and Heating included in the price. Piscine open from May 1 to September 30 (security system: one curtain). Tourist tax extra. Two other Holiday cottages on the property, one adjoining and not overlooked. On the estate, the atmosphere is calm, family-oriented and friendly, for stays in complete peace and quiet. It is therefore not possible to group Holiday cottages together, nor to organize parties, birthdays, bachelor or bachelorette parties, etc. Electricity socket under the shelter for recharging cars (daily charge extra). The best places to discover in the region: the 11th-century Moulin de Loubens, the bastide town of Sauveterre-de-Guyenne, a walk along the canal running alongside the Garonne, a visit to a saffron plantation in Soussac, ...., not forgetting the typical markets in the surrounding towns and villages.
