In the heart of the Haut Médoc Vineyard, in the outbuildings of Château LANESSAN, a winegrowing estate with the environmental management label, the Holiday cottage "La Maison des "Hôtesses" offers you a little corner of greenery and tranquility all year round. This late 19th century stone dwelling has been restored and fitted out with modern comforts in a Countryside Chic style. It features a fitted kitchen, living room, dining room and toilet on the first floor; a wooden staircase leads upstairs to two comfortable bedrooms and a bathroom with shower and washbasin. With its terrace and private garden, you can enjoy outdoor lunches and make the most of the barbecue.
What's more, each occupant of the Holiday cottage will be offered a discovery tour of the property, its Museums with the estate's family horse-drawn carriages, its garden and its wine cellars. Electric heating and Wifi connection.
Small pets (dogs or cats) are welcome at an extra charge of €15 per pet per stay. Bed linen, table linen and towels are included in the price for stays of more than 3 nights. For short stays of 3 nights, bring your own linen or rent it on site (10€ per double room (full bed linen + 1 large towel per person, 1 small towel per person + bath mat)).
The cleaning fee is payable to Holiday cottage or on arrival. Tourist tax extra. Private washing machine and dryer in the garage adjoining the Holiday cottage. Electric heating. Two sun loungers. The nearest shops are 7 km away (Cussac): bakery, grocery store, Restaurant. Hourtin Beach is 40 km away.
