La Maison d'en face

If you dream of putting your car down for your vacations, "la Maison d'en face" is for you. Ideally located in the heart of Andernos-les-Bains City, on the Bassin d'Arcachon, our 4/6-person Holiday cottage is just a stone's throw from the indoor and outdoor markets, pedestrian streets, parks, Cinema and Beach. Whether you're looking for an ice cream in the evening at the pier, fresh oysters at the oyster port, open-air jazz festivals or a cup of coffee on the beautiful Place du XIV Juillet, it's all within easy reach. You can also take the Boat to discover Arcachon, Cap Ferret and, of course, the famous Ile aux Oiseaux.
Located in a cul-de-sac, "La Maison d'en face" is a Semi-detached house in the City. It boasts two outdoor spaces that you can enjoy depending on the amount of sunshine during the day: a landscaped courtyard on the impasse-side façade, and a lovely, planted terrace at the rear, sheltered from view.
On the first floor, the entirely redecorated house comprises an entrance hall, a large living room, a fully-equipped kitchen, a veranda with dining room opening onto the terrace, a beautiful bedroom with a 140x190 bed, an extra "Cabin room" for Kids with two 90cm bunk beds (no opening), a shower room, a toilet and a storeroom; on the first floor, a second bedroom with a 140x190 bed and its own balcony terrace complete the ensemble.
House equipped with Wifi and Electric heating (heating extra).
Possibility of renting bed linen, towels and end-of-stay cleaning (paid services on request, please inform the owner before your stay).
Parking for one vehicle in the cul-de-sac in front of the Holiday cottage (a second vehicle can be parked in the courtyard).
