La Maison de Julie" Holiday cottage is located 7 km from the village of Saint Emilion, in the heart of the Puisseguin - Saint-Emilion appellation Vineyard. Backing onto the owners' house, the Holiday cottage has a lovely terrace overlooking a landscaped garden with a pleasant view of the surrounding vineyards. In summer, you can enjoy the Piscine (9mx4mx Depth 1.50m) shared with the owners. Renovated in keeping with the character of the site, the first floor comprises a main room with kitchen, dining room and living room, a toilet, a bedroom with a 160cm bed and its own open-plan shower room. Upstairs is a second attic bedroom (open-work transom opening onto the living room, which can be closed off) with twin 80cm beds (160cm bed) and its own private open-plan shower room/wc. The Holiday cottage is equipped with a wood heating system (pellet stove) with electric heating in some rooms. Bed linen, towels and heating are included in the price. Umbrella bed, potty, high chair and baby bath available. Cleaning service available at end of stay (extra charge). Heated Piscine available from 01/06 to 15/09 from 10:00 to 19:00.
