Ideally located for your stay in the Arcachon Bay area, just a few minutes’ walk from the oyster port of Arès, the Maison de Jenna et Deiva is a brand-new 55-square-meter holiday cottage in a very quiet neighborhood near the salt marshes and all the City’s amenities (shops, bike path, etc.). This single-story semi-detached house, attached to your host’s home but not overlooked, consists of a living area with a fully equipped kitchen, dining space, and living room opening onto a 35-square-meter terrace, a utility room with a washing machine and cleaning supplies, two bedrooms (one 160x200 cm bed and two beds 90x190 cm), as well as a bathroom with a walk-in shower and toilet.
Sheets, towels, heating (heat pump), and air conditioning are included in the price. Wi-Fi. End-of-stay cleaning available for an additional fee. Two reserved parking spaces on the property (secure gate access).

Avons passé un excellent séjour du 07/06 au 14/06/2025.
Rien à dire sur le Gîte
Tout est nickel:
Gîte très propre et spacieux pour un couple et 2 enfants ou 4 adlutes
Le propriétaire est à l'écoute des vacanciers.
Très proches de toutes commodités.
Le port et la mer sont très accessibles en vélo
De nombreuses pistes cyclables- Cleanliness

Gite fonctionnel,dans un quartier très calme et verdoyant.De plus Ares est bien situé pour faire le tour du bassin,petite ville calme avec tous commerces.

Séjour agréable dans une maison, au calme, tout en étant proche du centre centre ville et des commerces. Sa situation permet d'apprécier le charme du Cap Ferret et de profiter d'une belle balade en bateau sur le bassin.

Jérôme Agréable location à Arès
Un très bon séjour ! Le gîte est moderne, bien aménagé, lumineux, avec une agréable terrasse, et situé dans un quartier très calme.
Le centre du village est aisément accessible à pied, tout comme le bord du bassin. La localisation est bien adaptée pour découvrir l'ensemble du bassin d'Arcachon.
