Located in a quiet, wooded residential area of Andernos-les-Bains, come and enjoy a stay combining relaxation, comfort and tranquility. 800m from the beaches of the Bassin d'Arcachon, close to cycle paths, our house will be the ideal base for discovering the Bassin d'Arcachon, natural areas such as the Domaine de Certes, the Leyre delta, the Teich ornithological park and many other enchanting places.
Our two Bed and breakfasts have independent access. The Bois flotté room, for 2 people, located in the house, comprises a large private space with a dining room overlooking the garden for your breakfasts (BIO), a living room with television, a kitchen, a bedroom with a 160x200cm bed, a shower room and an independent toilet. Heating is by hydraulic radiators, and air-conditioning is located in the hallway leading directly to the bedroom. The Ile aux Oiseaux bedroom, for two people, adjoins the house and opens onto the shared Wellbeing area; fully air-conditioned, it comprises a living area with kitchenette, a bedroom with a 160x200cm bed, and a shower room with toilet. The two bedrooms are totally independent, with no communication, and are about 30 meters apart. They have access to a shared relaxation area with a heated swimming Spa and Jacuzzi, ideal for relaxing after a day exploring the Bassin d'Arcachon. The relaxation area can be used all year round. Wifi. The two small dogs in the house, Oz and Tim, are happy to share the living areas with other dogs, depending on their size. They will be more "reserved" when it comes to welcoming our cat friends. The property's garden is fully enclosed, and you have a parking space in front of the property. During your stay, think about soft mobility, with a cycle path 200 m away (from Lacanau to Arcachon) and a bus line 1 km away: from the Grand Crohot beach - Cap Ferret to the Biganos SNCF train station. The first ocean beaches are 12km away.
