Located in the center of Bordeaux, on the left bank, in a quiet street close to Boulevard Wilson, we welcome you to a spacious 86 m² apartment in our typical Bordeaux house. The apartment occupies the entire second and top floor of the house and comprises: a large living room with open-plan kitchen, dining area, lounge, three bedrooms (two 160cm beds and one 140cm bed), bathroom and toilet. Independent access to the owners' Piscine, where you can relax on deckchairs by the water in fine weather (pool available from April 1 to October 1, 9.30am to 7.30pm). For a simple stay, bed linen, towels and heating are included in the price. Cleaning at the end of your stay is extra. Tourist tax extra. Unique identification number: 3306301257230.
