La Longère de Chillac

Situated in the heart of the Entre-deux-Mers vineyards, La Longère de Chillac is the former home of the staff who worked in the Chateau Chillac vineyards in the 18th and 19th centuries. Surrounded by organic and biodynamic vineyards, we've transformed it into a charming Holiday cottage, rated 4 épis, with elegant, refined furnishings and decor on a surface area of around 92 m² with reversible air-conditioning. A very large 80 m² terrace with a real Jacuzzi and outdoor furniture awaits you in all seasons. Each room has a large bay window with electric curtain to offer you the unique experience of being right in the heart of nature.Everything is designed to make your stay a harmonious and relaxing experience: spacious living room with fully-equipped kitchen, dining room, living room with big-screen TV, library, bedroom with king-size bed (180x200cm) opening onto a large shower room with Italian shower, outdoor lounge and sunbathing area, barbecue, brazier, large garden, parking with electric gate, green up plug for recharging your electric car in the parking lot (extra charge), baby cottage, and 2 electric bikes for your rides are optional, on request from the owners (20 euros per day per person). Can be rented by the day (additional deposit €1000). Beds made on arrival, towels, bathrobes and kitchen linen included. End-of-stay cleaning package not included. Wifi access. Two other Holiday cottages on the property. On the estate, the atmosphere is calm, family-oriented and friendly, for stays in complete peace and quiet. It is therefore not possible to group Holiday cottages together, nor to organize parties or birthdays. The best places to discover in the region: the 11th-century Moulin de Loubens, the bastide town of Sauveterre-de-Guyenne, a stroll along the canal running alongside the Garonne, a visit to a saffron plantation in Soussac, ...., not forgetting the typical markets in the surrounding towns and villages.
