A historic stone house surrounded by its 2.5-hectare Vineyard, the Château de la Lagune de Mercey welcomes you to a peaceful and authentic setting, with private parking on the property.
On the ground floor, you’ll find an elegant dining room with a private, tastefully decorated lounge area, where breakfast will be served. Here, you can enjoy a selection of high-quality teas and coffees, carefully chosen to help you start your day off right.
Upstairs, a spacious family suite awaits you. It consists of two bedrooms, each measuring 17 m², equipped with a 140-cm double bed, a bathroom, and a separate toilet. This layout is ideal for a family or two couples of friends who wish to share a stay while maintaining their privacy.
Treat yourself to a truly relaxing moment in the hot tub with a breathtaking view of the Vineyard. Soak in the bubbling water at 35 °C, admire the lush green landscape, and, if you’d like, savor the estate’s wines.
Ideally located near the road to Libourne, the house is just 25 km from Bordeaux, 28 km from the medieval town of Saint-Émilion, and the Citadel of Blaye—two iconic sites listed as UNESCO World Heritage Sites.
The bed and breakfast is perfectly suited for telework, thanks to a dedicated workspace in the room and a high-speed internet connection.
The house is equipped with air conditioning. It is installed in the master bedroom and cools the entire suite (to ensure the air conditioning works properly, please make sure to keep doors and windows closed while it is running).
A €35 surcharge applies for a reservation for two people wishing to use both bedrooms.
