Located in the heart of Arcachon City, Le Havre du Bassin is a duplex apartment on the sixth and top floor of a residence with elevator and private parking space in the courtyard. You'll appreciate the bright, unobstructed view and glimpse of the Bassin from the west-facing balcony. The whole apartment faces the courtyard, giving you the benefit of a relatively quiet setting in the City center. This location is ideal for taking advantage of the many attractions Arcachon City has to offer: beaches, shops, Market and Cinema are all less than 10 minutes away on foot.
On the first level, the apartment comprises an entrance hall, a main room with fitted kitchen, dining area and living room opening onto the balcony, a bedroom opening onto the balcony, equipped with a 140x190cm bed (retractable type, lift system condemned), a bathroom with toilet. Upstairs you'll find a second bedroom with two 90x190cm beds, a second bathroom, a separate toilet and a dressing room.
The apartment is equipped with Electric heating (Heating included). Bed linen and towels provided. Cleaning at the end of your stay is optional (extra charge). Free closed parking space. Non-smoking apartment.

Appartement bien situé dans la ville et près de la plage.
Bien équipé. Nous avons profité du grand balcon. Chambre du bas la petite table roulante sert de table de nuit et manque une lampe de chevet. Chambre du haut sous les combles… pièce chaude et difficulté pour se coucher avec l’énorme poutre. Peut-être voir pour changer la position des lits.- Cleanliness

Merci d'avoir pris le temps de partager votre avis. Nous sommes ravis que vous ayez apprécié l'emplacement de l'appartement, ses équipements et son grand balcon. La propriétaire est attentive aux retours de ses hôtes et vos suggestions pour nourrir ses réflexions pour améliorer encore le confort. Quant à la chambre sous les combles, les fortes chaleurs estivales peuvent effectivement la rendre plus difficile à maintenir au frais.

SUPERBE APPARTEMENT AU SIXIÈME ÉTAGE. PARKING INTÉRIEUR. 200 M DE LA GARE. À 10 MINUTES À PIED DU MARCHÉ QUI EST EXCEPTIONNEL À 10 MINUTES DE L’DU DU PYLA EN VOITURE.

Gîte au calme et très bien situé (100m de la gare, 200m de la plage, commerces et banques à moins de 200m) Emplacement de parking dans la résidence.
Appartement très bien équipé en électro-ménager, vaisselle, placards...Nous reviendrons!

Figolou Mi figue Mi raisin
Appartement qui mériterait un bon rafraîchissement. Trop de petites décos accumulées des années 70 qui cohabitent avec le papier peint défraîchi.
