Welcome to this authentic barn converted into a Holiday cottage just 15 km from Bordeaux, in the heart of the Pessac-Léognan Vineyard, close to the famous Sources de Caudalie and the prestigious Château Smith Haut Lafitte. Ideal for wine and nature lovers, this accommodation will be the starting point for numerous walks to discover illustrious neighboring châteaux such as Château Carbonnieux, Château Bouscaut, Château La Louvière and Château Larrivet Haut-Brion.
Set in enclosed grounds, surrounded by organically-farmed vines, the Holiday cottage offers a pleasant setting for your stay. The ground floor comprises a living room with fitted kitchen, dining room and TV room opening onto the terrace and garden, and a separate toilet. Upstairs are two attic bedrooms, one with a 140x190 bed, the other with two 80x190 beds. Each bedroom has its own private bathroom (separated by a curtain) with shower (shower door width: 50 cm), basin, storage space and electric towel dryer. Bed linen is included in the price. Linen rental and cleaning service available at the end of your stay (optional extra). The Holiday cottage is equipped with Electric heating and air conditioning. Parking on the property.
