Charming holiday cottage converted from an 18th-century barn, featuring exposed stone walls and beams, nestled among the buildings of the hamlet, right next to the owners’ home, with a shared garden and barbecue, and a private terrace. Hiking trails in the immediate vicinity. St. Emilion is 15 km away and Bordeaux is 37 km away.
The holiday cottage consists of a large living area with a fully equipped kitchen (washer/dryer), dining area, lounge area with two sofas, sleeping area (1 bed measuring 160x200 cm), and a wood-burning stove. An additional 90x190 cm bed is available. Bathroom with walk-in shower and toilet. The holiday cottage is tastefully decorated by the owner, a visual artist. Electric heating is available at an additional cost. The 160-cm bed is made on arrival; sheets are included, Kitchen linens included. Sheets for the single-person extra bed and bathroom linen are available for rent. End-of-stay cleaning is available for an additional fee. A wheelbarrow of firewood can be provided during your stay for €20. Tourist tax is extra. Free Wi-Fi available.
