Welcome to Girondine Nord Estuaire!
Ideally situated on the north bank of the Gironde estuary, between Countryside, village and Forest, our property lies halfway between the metropolis of Bordeaux, a City of Art and History listed as a UNESCO World Heritage Site, and the citadels of Bourg and Blaye, nestling on the banks of the estuary.
We'd be delighted to welcome you to this authentic Gironde house, which we've entirely restored ourselves. From this family heritage, we wanted to create a pleasant place to live, ideal for sharing wonderful moments with family or friends.
Semi-detached from another house and outbuildings, the house features a large garden with garden furniture and barbecue, a private above-ground swimming pool (dimensions 7.32mx3.60m, depth 1.30m), parking and a carport with electric vehicle charging.
The first floor comprises an entrance hall with fireplace, a large kitchen with dining area, a TV room, an office and an independent toilet. Upstairs are four bedrooms: two each with a 140x190 bed, one with two 90x190 beds and one with a 90x190 trundle bed, a mezzanine bed with a 90x200 bed and two extra beds. A shower room and a bathroom with antique bathtub and toilet complete this level.
Electric heating is included in the rental price. Possibility of renting sheets, towels and cleaning service at the end of your stay (optional charges apply).

Fabie Une belle parenthèse
Excellent séjour en famille, nous étions 3 couples et 1 enfant. De la place pour tous .Belle girondine authentique avec tout le confort pour passer un agréable séjour. Grand jardin sans vis à vis pour faire la sieste sous le saule pleureur.
Nous avons été accueilli par les propriétaires très sympathique, café, thé, de l'eau fraîche nous attendait avec une tourte peujardaise, très appréciable après 8 H de route.

Gîte avec beaucoup de charme. Propriétaires sympathiques.
Nous n'y sommes restés que deux nuits, car nous venions seulement assister à un événement, mais nous envisageons de revenir plus longtemps afin de profiter pleinement de l'endroit. Le gîte et spacieux et le jardin agréable. Idéal pour un séjour entre amis ou en grande famille, avec ou sans enfants.
