In the heart of the Entre-deux-mers region, halfway between Bordeaux and Saint-Émilion, our holiday cottage is located on the edge of an oak grove, in a quiet and pleasant setting. It features a large yard, and you can park nearby. This location will allow you to fully enjoy all that our region has to offer: walks, exploring the local heritage and cuisine, swimming, and more.
La Garenne de Baleyrac is a detached house renovated in 2016, located near the owner’s home. It features a large, shaded garden with outdoor furniture and a barbecue. The house consists of a dining room opening onto a kitchen, a separate living room with a TV, two bedrooms (one with a 140x190 bed and two with beds 90x190), a bathroom with a walk-in shower, and a separate toilet. Utility room with washing machine and barbecue.
Oil heating included. Sheets included in the price. Bath linens and end-of-stay cleaning services are available for a fee. Internet access. Tourist tax not included. Playground in the town with a swing set and slides, as well as a pétanque court. All shops in Branne (5 km away), including a Pharmacy, butcher shop, and bakery. Saint-Emilion is 15 km away. Libourne is 17 km away.

Très belle maison, bien entretenue et bien équipée, disposant d'un grand terrain, située dans un hameau très calme, en plein milieu du vignoble. Les hôtes sont très avenants et accueillants. Nous avons passé une très bonne semaine en famille.
