La Garenne de Baleyrac is a detached house renovated in 2016, located close to the owners' home. It has a large shady garden with garden furniture and barbecue. The house comprises a dining room opening onto a kitchen, an independent living room with television, two bedrooms (one bed 140x190 and two beds 90x190), a shower room with Italian shower and an independent toilet. Boiler room with washing machine, barbecue.
Oil heating included. Bed linen included. Linen and cleaning service available at the end of your stay. Internet access. Tourist tax extra. Communal playground with swings and slides, pétanque court. All shops in Branne 5 Km, Pharmacy, butcher's, baker's. Saint-Emilion 15 Km. Libourne 17Km.

Très belle maison, bien entretenue et bien équipée, disposant d'un grand terrain, située dans un hameau très calme, en plein milieu du vignoble. Les hôtes sont très avenants et accueillants. Nous avons passé une très bonne semaine en famille.
